SFC
Securities And Futures Commission (SFC) is a regulatory body created by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFCO) for Hong Kong that regulates and manages their securities and future markets as an independent and non-governmental statutory entity. The SFC regulates all laws surrounding and governing the securities and futures, and the development of the markets of Hong Kong. The objectives of the SFC is the reduction of misconduct and criminal activity in the market, the protection and security of investors and traders, promotion of public understanding, maintenance of fairness, efficiency, competition, and transparency, reduction of risks, and provision of assistance for the financial secretary in the preservation of financial stability in Hong Kong.
