SEC FORM 10-KSB
SEC Form 10-KSB is also referred to as the Annual Report for Small Businesses. This means that SEC Form 10-KSB is an annual filing done by most large public companies under the Securities and Exchange Commission as the SEC Form 10-KSB is the shorter form of Form 10-K. The data gathered under SEC Form 10-KSB includes the essential data regarding the financial strength of a company, its leadership, and the ownership structure it employs. The SEC Form 10-KSB must be filed within the 90 days leading to the end of the year. The SEC Form 10-KSB, although, is already obsolete since March 16, 2009. Existing filings will remain in the EDGAR system of SEC.
