MODIFIED DIETZ METHOD
A method of assessing a portfolio’s performance based on a weighted calculation of its cash flow. It takes in its consideration the timing of cash flows and presumes there is a consistent return rate over a defined time period. This is more precise than Simple Dietz Method because the earlier method postulates all cash flows are made in the middle of the evaluation.
