CAPM
Financial model that expands the capital asset pricing model (CAPM) to international investments. Developed by American economist and Nobel Memorial Prize awardee William Sharpe, the model determines the return investors require for a specific risk. When using the international version, the CAPM model is computes the foreign exchange risks, normally including a foreign currency risk premium, when handling different currencies.
