ESTIMATED LONG-TERM RETURN
Unit investment trust’s valuated return over the lifespan of the portfolio. The return is computed, using the formula provided by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as the annual percentage return according to the yields of all the securities but is counted to account for every investment’s market worth and maturity. It is presented net of estimated fees and maximum offering price, but not the lags in income disbursements from the portfolio.
