ZOMBIE TITLE
Zombie Title refers to the right to ownership and possession of a home or property, which is left to an individual who thinks that the property has already been lost due to foreclosure. This usually happens when a lender issues a notice of foreclosure and then suddenly dismisses the foreclosure.
