ZERO PLUS TICK
Zero Plus Tick, which is alternately called "zero uptick," refers to a securities trade, which is executed at the same price as its preceding trade but higher than the price in the last trade with a different price. For example, in this series of trades - $12.50, $12.75, and $12.75 - the last trade is considered a zero plus tick.
