CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPTCY
Wage Earner Plan, which is also called Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, allows individuals to create a plan in order to repay a portion or the whole amount of the debts, usually for a period of three to five years. During this period, creditors are not allowed to start or continue with their collection efforts.
