SIX FORCES MODEL
The six forces model is strategic business tool. This model was used as a guide to evaluate two things: the competitiveness and the attractiveness of the market through the provision of an industry-view. There are six key areas to be examined: competition, new entrants, end users/ buyers, suppliers, substitutes, and complementary products.
