SINGLE NET LEASE
Single net lease is a commercial real estate lease agreement. Here, property taxes must be paid by the tenant in addition to the rent. Single net leases are a way to pass through lease which makes the tenant responsible of the property instead of the landlord through the payment of property associated taxes. The responsibility of the landlord is now limited to the operating expenses of the property.
