SHARE CLASS
Share Class is a classification assigned to a specific class of security like mutual funds, common stocks, and preferred stocks. If a company’s shares are composed of more than one share class, it is labeled alphabetically namely ‘Class A’, ‘Class B’, and so on. Various share classes also have different rights in their holders and owners.
