SECONDARY LIQUIDITY
Secondary Liquidity is a kind of liquidity. Secondary Liquidity happens during the distribution of shares to institutional and retail buyers where a portion of initial public offering (IPO) is liquified. Because of this, secondary parties are enabled to sell security to other buyers acting as an intermediary basically. Typically, secondary holders hold fewer shares and thus less liquidities.
