SEC FORM PRE 14C

SEC Form PRE 14C is a filing to be submitted by a registrant in need of a preliminary information statement in connection to a subject that is neither a merger, special meeting, or contested solicitation under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form PRE 14C gives security holders who have the right to vote on the company’s issues for which no proxies are solicited by the company, the information mandated by Schedule 14. SEC Form PRE 14C also present details regarding certain peoples’ interest in favor or against the matters to be acted upon and proposals made by the security holders. SEC Form PRE 14C is needed so that it may be stated that proxies are not being solicited.
