SEC FORM NT 10-Q
SEC Form NT 10-Q is a filing to be submitted in lieu of SEC Form 10-Q under the Securities and Exchange Commission. If for some reason, a company is not able to submit SEC Form 10-Q or any similar form on time then it may opt to file SEC Form NT 10-Q wherein the filer shall provide the reason for the delay and the registrant’s information.
