SEC FORM BD
SEC Form BD is a filing that is used as an application form to be a securities broker-dealer even for government securities under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form BD includes the background information of the firm, the management policies employed in the company, identification of the general partners and executives, information on the successor, and any current or previous legal proceedings and securities violation.
