SEC FORM 24F-2

SEC Form 24F-2 is also referred to as the Annual Notice of Securities Sold. This means that SEC Form 24F-2 is a filing that must be annually submitted by open-ended management investment companies, unit investment trusts, and face-amount certificate companies under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered in the SEC Form 24F-2 must include all the names of each series or class of securities for which the form is filed. It must also be submitted and filed within 90 days prior to the fiscal year-end during which the securities were publicly offered by the company.
