QUALIFIED DOMESTIC RELATIONS ORDER - QDRO
This type of court order can be typically found in a divorce agreement which states that the ex-spouse is qualified to get a predefined portion of the other individual’s retirement plan. Mostly, QDRO allocates 50% value assets gained from the start of the marriage to the time of the divorce.
