QUALIFIED ADOPTION EXPENSES - QAE
QAE is the required costs paid to adopt a child who is younger than 18 years old, or any person who is disabled and needs care. Qualified adoption expenses are those that the Internal Revenue Service defines as necessary such as courts costs, adoption fees, travels costs, and other fees related to the adoption.
