MIDDLEMAN
Refers to an intermediary in a transaction or process chain between parties. This individual will facilitate transaction, usually for a commission or fee. Some critics pointed out manufacturers and customers must try to remove the middleman from the equation by dealing directly with each other in order to avoid increased commissions or costs.
