LINEAR RELATIONSHIP
A statistical term that denotes the relationship of direct proportionality, then forms a straight line when placed on a graph. Expressed in a graphical format, the variable and the constant are linked using a straight line or a mathematical format, by multiplying the independent variable by slope coefficient, and then adding the constant that sets the dependent variable.
