KURTOSIS
Often called "volatility of volatility", it measures the peak of a distribution in the charts around the mean. It is widely used in the statistical field. A high kurtosis portrays a chart with broad tails, and low and even distribution; while a low kurtosis displays a chart with narrow tails and a distribution towards the mean.
