JEAN-BAPTISTE SAY
A French classical, liberal economist, businessman, and scholar who is known for his contribution to Say’s Law of Markets and work on "A Treatise on Political Economy". Say has classically liberal views and argued in favor of competition, free trade, and lifting restrictions on businesses. He taught political economy at Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers and College de France.
