INFLATION DERIVATIVES
Subclass of derivative used by individuals to alleviate the outcomes of possible huge inflation levels. Swaps are the most common type of inflation derivatives where a counterparty's cash flows are associated with a price index and the other counterparty is connected to a traditional fixed or floating cash flow.
