TOPPY
Slang term for a situation in which markets are reaching unstable peaks; hence a plunge can be expected. It is used when indexes are escalating but signaling a possible fall. In the US, the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Nasdaq, and the S&P 500 are used to measure the overall market.
