INCESTUOUS DEALING
Securities dealing among several parties to make advantageous financial benefits for one or more parties involved. Normally, it entails two or more parties, which is done to generate a tax benefit by trading securities. Even though the dealings may be illegal in any way, it is still considered dishonest or a manner of skirting taxation.
