IDR
Currency abbreviation or symbol for Indonesian rupiah. The currency is composed of 100 sen and presented with the symbol Rp. The term rupiah stems from the name of its sister currency, the Indian rupee. At one point, both the Riau Islands and the Indonesian half of New Guinea had their own versions of this currency. But the Indonesian30 currency both absorbed those.
