FREE LOOK PERIOD
A period in which the new owner of an insurance policy is able to terminate the contract without any penalties. Free look period lasts for 10 or more days, allowing the contract holder to decide whether to keep it or not; if he or she is not satisfied, the purchaser can receive a full refund for it.
