EMPLOYEE SAVINGS PLAN
Pooled investment account, offered through an employer, allowing the employees to allocate part of their pretax incomes for retirement savings or other long-term goals such as college education and purchasing a home. Similar to a 401(k) plan, many employers match their employees’ contributions up to a specific amount or percentage.
