CORPORATE TAX
Tax imposed on the corporation’s profit according to the amount of profit it generated. These are taxes against profits earned by companies within a specific tax period that are generally applied to its operating earnings after deducting expenses, such as COGS, SG&A, and depreciation, from revenues.
