COMPOUND RETURN
Rate of return representing the aggravated effect which a bunch of gains or losses have on an original amount of capital over a time period. Expressed as a percentage, it is in annual terms in which the percentage number reported is the annualized rate where the capital has compounded over a given time. Also called compound annual growth rate (CAGR).
