COMPOUND ACCRETED VALUE - CAV
Gauging the theoretical value of a zero coupon bond at any given time. The interest of this bond accrues until maturity since these have no interest payments unlike traditional ones. CAV is computed by adding all the interest earned up to a certain time to the original price.
