CASH-AND-STOCK DIVIDEND
Distributing earnings to the company shareholders as cash and stock, both part of the similar dividend. The firm declares that as of a specific date, all stakeholders will receive both a cash payment and further shares in the future. The cash part of the dividend is expressed in the amount per share owned while the stock part is expressed as the percentage of the number of stocks held.
