BUSINESS CYCLE
Fluctuations in economic activity experienced over a time period. It is basically defined in terms of expansion or recession. In times of expansions, the economy grows in real terms that is measured by declines in economic indicators. During recession, the economy declines that is gauged from the highest to the lowest.
