BREAK-EVEN ANALYSIS
Analyzing the mathematical relationship between costs and sales revenue by identifying the point at which revenue received is equivalent to costs relative to receiving the revenue. It determines its margin of safety, the amount revenues surpass the break-even point, the amount the revenues can drop while staying above that point.
