A non profit organization made to enhance the opportunities for Latino individuals in the accounting, financial and other related fields. ALPFA assists by instigating networking events, promoting job fairs, offering scholarships, etc. They also offer workshops and mentoring to provide their members the the necessary tools to compete in the present workforce.
