ASSET EARNING POWER
It is the earnings that are generated by a company or a business compared to its base of assets. It is a common measure of performance that is used in corporate finance to determine the efficiency of the firm in generating profits from its base of assets. The formula for calculating asset earning power is: Asset Earning Power=Earnings Before Taxes/Total Assets
