ALGORITHMIC TRADING
The algorithmic trading is a trading system that involves the usage of advance mathematical models in executing transaction decisions in the financial markets. The rigid rules incorporated into the model try to determine the best time for placing an order that will cause minimal impact on the price of a stock. Large blocks of shares are commonly purchased by splitting the larger share block to smaller lots thus allowing the compounded algorithms to choose the appropriate time to purchase the smaller blocks.
