Water Pollution Liability refers to the financial and legal responsibility of certain entities regarding the contamination of oceans, rivers, lakes, and streams. Some of the entities that can cause such contamination or water pollution are marine cargo, fishing boats, yachts, vessels, barges, and other establishments operating on or near a body of water.
