SHADOW RATING
Shadow Rating can be one of two things. First, it is the term given to the bond rating done by a credited institution to an issuing party without any announcement to the public regarding the results. Second, it is the rating given to Israel bonds by the Standard & Poor. The Israel bonds with shadow rating are not allowed to be traded to the secondary market.
