SERIES B FINANCING
Series B Financing is the second round of financing following the Series A financing. Series B financing is carried out by either venture capitalists or private equity investors. A series of financing is done for a new business venture termed as Series A, Series B, and so on and so forth where the financing is typically done when the business achieves a milestone in its venture.
