SEC FORM TA-2
SEC Form TA-2 is a filing to be accomplished by transfer agents for its annual reports of transfer activities under one of any of the four regulatory agencies depending upon the type of the organization who wishes to apply: the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Comptroller of the Currency. The data gathered under SEC Form TA-2 are utilized by the mentioned regulatory bodies for the transfer agent’s oversight.
