SEC FORM S-2

SEC Form S-2 is a filing whose purpose is to serve as a simplified registration for the offering of new securities under the Securities and Exchange Commission. Registered companies that are actively reporting to SEC under the 1934 Act with a minimum three years without interruption of reporting are the only companies eligible to utilize SEC Form S-2 which feature allows companies to include information that has already been previously submitted with regards to the business and financial statements.
