SEC Form ADV-E is a certification under the Securities and exchange Commission. SEC Form ADV-E used by a majority of accountants which certifies client assets including cash and securities in the care of a Registered Investment Adviser. The data gathered under SEC Form ADV-E includes the information regarding the adviser and the status of his or her practice with the listings of holdings and securities.
