QUASI CONTRACT
Quasi contract is a legal agreement between two parties who didn’t have an obligation to each other before. Quasi contracts are created by courts. Two parties are required to agree to mutually agreeable terms in a normal contract, but in a quasi contract, neither party is intended to create an agreement, instead, a judge imposes an agreement to resolve an existence of unfair enrichment.
