PEAK PRICING
A form of congestion pricing in which customer pay additional fees in times of high demand. Utility companies usually implement peak pricing. They charge higher rates during times of the year when the demand in at the highest. The objective of it is to regulate the demand; therefore it will stay within a manageable level of what can be supplied.
