IRS PUBLICATION 503: CHILD AND DEPENDENT CARE EXPENSES
A document that explains the criteria that must be passed if a taxpayer aims to claim tax credits for child and dependent care expenses. It also indicates the expenses can be deducted only if they are incurred to allow the taxpayer to work or seek for employment. A taxpayer can claim up to 35% of expenses connected to the care of children and dependents.
