INDUSTRIAL PARK
Part of a city reserved for industrial use, which may contain oil refineries, distribution centers, ports, chemical plants, warehouses, food and beverage processors, airports, and steel manufacturers, among others. Certain industrial parks give tax incentives for companies to operate their businesses in the park there such as tax increment financing.
