DOUBLE NO-TOUCH OPTION
Exotic option giving an investor the agreed-upon payout should the underlying asset’s price fail to reach or outmatch one of two predetermined barrier levels. Investors using this option pays a premium to his broker in exchange for the right to select the position of the barriers, expiration time, and payout to be received. The maximum possible loss is the cost of setting up the option.
