Beliefs and behaviors showing the way a firm’s management and employees interact and handle business transactions. It is frequently implied, not defined, which develops within the organization through time, based on the cumulative traits of individuals working in the company. The culture is reflected in its dress code, office setup, working hours, employee benefits, hiring decisions, treatment of clients, client satisfaction, and turnover, among other aspects.
