COMPOUND INTEREST
Interest generated on the initial principal plus accumulated interest earned previously from a deposit or loan. Can be seemed as interest on interest, it will make a deposit or loan grow at a faster rate than simple ones. The rate of this interest depends on the frequency of compounding. The greater the frequency of compounding periods, the higher the compounding interest.
